This plan includes the above exterior and interior inspections conducted once a week, in addition, once a week all the major appliances will be checked for functionality; washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, ect.
This option is great for the home that is only used as a vacation home for the owners and stays vacant most of the year. (Year around)
This service starts at $75 for current contract holders and $150 for non-contract customers. After any major storm, when it is safe to do so, we will conduct a detailed inspection of the home looking for any related storm damage, document the damage, take pictures and notify the homeowner or management company.
This consists of our staff walking through your home and recording all model and serial numbers of electronics, major appliances and more. This always makes for easy parts and replacement orders as well as recording in case of theft.
This service consists of one of our maintenance technicians walking through your home and locating and listing any maintenance or safety hazards. This ia a popular service before the start of the rental season to make sure your house is ready for the seasons guests.

This service consists of one of our maintenance techs walking through the home after the guests check out and checking for any damage and maintenance issues. Any damage will be reported to the owner or realty company. Any maintenance issues will be repaired and billed accordingly up to $350.00. Any repairs over $350.00 will be approved by the owner or realty company before any repairs are made.
This option can only be combined with the turnover inspection plan. This allows you to pay one flat rate for unlimited light bulb replacement for the rental season. (Memorial day - Labor day) v
Collection will be every Wednesday and turnover day (Saturday or Sunday) April - September. This service is for regular household garbage only. Items like furniture, large boxes and appliances are not included with this monthly service. These items can however, be scheduled for special pick-up. All garbage must be placed in property trash bags.
Fees are calculated weekly. Specials are offered for annual plans
