Service Options

Standard $100.00 per Month

Twice a week, visual inspections will be conducted of the exterior of the home to identify any damage, leaks or safety concern, plus all door and windows will be checked to make sure they function properly (locked if vacant) and are not damaged. 


This service is most popular for the rental houses as most times the house is occupied.

Deluxe $120.00 per Month

In addition to the exterior inspections, the interior of the home is also assessed for any damage, leaks or safety concerns and doors and windows will be checked to make sure they function properly and are not damaged. 


This service is most popular for the home that has the occasional rental but is usually vacant.

Premium $150.00+ per Month

This plan includes the above exterior and interior inspections conducted twice a week  however, in addition, once a week all the major appliances will be checked for functionality; washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, ect. 


This option is great for the home that is only used as a vacation home for the owners and stays vacant most of the year.

Damage Reports $125.00+

This service starts at $125.00 for current contract holders and $250.00 for non-contract customers. After any major storm, when it is safe to do so, we will conduct a detailed inspection of the home looking for any related storm damage, document the damage, take pictures and notify the homeowner or management company.


 After most major storms the beach is impassable for days. This is where we come in. Unlike most of the property management companies, we access the area by boat. Therefor we do not rely on the condition of the beach to access your home. 


Loss Prevention $250.00+

This consists of our staff walking through your home and recording all model and serial numbers of electronics, major appliances and more. 


All recorded information will be sent to the owner or the property management company. This helps deter fraudulent exchanges from renters, assists in insurance replacement, allows maintenance to expedite the ordering process for replacement parts/repairs. 


In the event a break in occurs, everything is itemized to give to the proper authorities for investigation.

Please note this price is based on your average 3-4 bedroom home. Anything beyond 4 bedrooms, add $100.00.
